River Bliss

A Truly Great Room
The home's entryway guides guests to the great room upstairs, where guests are immediately greeted by a plush living space, decorated to the height of taste and boasting the finest finishes and furnishings as are consistent across all four levels of the home. In the living area, a leather sofa, bench seat and two armchairs surround a dual-sided fireplace, which also faces the dining room with seating for up to eight guests. Serving this space is the gourmet kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, espresso machine from Miele and breakfast bar for three as well as a wet bar in the living room. Entertaining is a pleasure year round with the two living level, heated patios - one with an al fresco dining table and seating for six, while the other offers two bistro table and a gas grill. Rounding out this level is a full laundry room as well as a queen guest bedroom and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.

A Primary Suite fit for a King
Occupying the entire top floor of River Bliss is the incredible Primary Suite. A primary office is positioned at the top of the stairs, with the attached patio offering breathtaking views of Ajax Peak, as well as a hot tub for six and lounge seating. This patio extends along the length of the house and connects onto the Primary Bedroom, which is just as comfortable as it is beautiful. Vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, gas fireplace and flat screen TV can be found in the bedroom, while the en suite bathroom plays host to dual vanity sinks, a jetted tub with chromotherapy and a separate steam shower.
