The Alps stretch across approximately
1,200 kilometres of mountain range and span several countries including France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy.
This vast region offers some of the most extensive ski terrain in the world, with modern lift infrastructure and resorts designed for all levels of skiing.
Several of the world’s largest ski domains are located in the Alps, including:
- Les Trois Vallées – more than 600 km of pistes across Courchevel, Méribel and Val Thorens.
- Paradiski – around 425 km of slopes connecting Les Arcs and La Plagne.
- Dolomiti Superski – one of the largest ski areas in Europe.
These interconnected ski areas allow visitors to explore vast alpine landscapes while enjoying modern lifts, excellent snow conditions and breathtaking scenery.
