Unique ambiance in the elegant Mi Chalet.
The modern and sustainable architecture combined with the high-quality interior design characterize the first-class atmosphere of this luxury chalet in Alta Badia.
Once the architect Karl Heinz Castlunger saw where the new Chalet could be located he knew that the hill overlooking the mountains was ideal for one specific house form. Drawing and planning the house came to the architect naturally. The surrounding nature inspired the architect and owner to build an eco-friendly "Clima House A" that would convey a feeling of comfort and serenity.
His wife, the interior decorator Antjesusann Castlunger had fallen in love with the white peluche-covered signature chair before the completion of the project and thus used its style and color as a source of inspiration for the overall design. Locally sourced wood, calm colors and simple elegance characterize the interior of the Mi Chalet. The light flooded panorama windows and the extraordinary form of the Chalet give the house a timeless yet traditional and cozy feel.

The centre of the house is the spacious living room with four meter high ceilings, in which a modern open kitchen and a hanging chimney attract your attention. The legendary "Enrosadira", the sunset that paints the Lavarella and Santa Croce mountains in a flaming red color, flood through the majestic panorama window. A Sonos-Soundsystem gives the entire home the right sound and creates the atmosphere of your choice. A Loewe Smart TV with Netflix ends a day packed with activities with endless entertainment options. The luxurious bedroom for two people directs your view on the extensive garden with our free ranging Alpacas Coco and Chanel. A walk-in closet, a bathroom with a comfortbale bath tub and a modern Infrared cabin complement the bedroom.
The outside terrace with a grill and the fresh herb and salad garden make for a great BBQ evening overlooking the dolomite mountain range.
A private chef, a driver and a masseuse can be booked upon an additional charge. You also have the possibility to order your breakfast at any time and in any place of your choice.

The Mi Chalets surrounding and amenities give a vacation the perfect combination of wellness and activities. The Alta Badia hiking area lays out over 400 kilometers of well prepared and well signposted hiking tracks. Diverse mountainbike routes are also easily reachable. Moreover, horseback riding and paraglide excursions are also an option to fill your days in nature. At the end of the day you can cool down in our heated outdoor swimming pool in our spacious garden.
During ski season, a private shuttle will bring you in only five minutes to the slopes that connect to the beautiful and vast dolomiti-superski area. Experience the extra-ordinary: Heliskiing can be booked with a private guide at any time. Refuel your energy in the evening in your private finnish sauna, embedded in the forest overlooking our little pond.

Mi Chalet is located in the Alta Badia ski area of the Dolomiti Superski region. The closest Gardenaccia ski lift is in close proximity to the chalet, just 400 metres away. A free ski bus, which stops 20 metres from the chalet, can be used to access the lift to save any tired legs after a hard day's skiing!
Offered on a self-catered basis, a bakery situated 100 metres away from the chalet will energise you before a hard day's skiing. A range of restaurants, serving home-made food to gourmet Michelin Star delicacies, will enable you to taste the local cuisine for your evening's meal. The heart of La Villa is also a 400 metre walk from Mi Chalet.
