2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the main entrance and a wardrobe. An internal staircase leads to the living area on the 1st floor with kitchen and terrace. Adjacent to the living room is another double bedroom with private bathroom
Penthouse
On the 2nd floor there is the cosy, refined penthouse with a large bedroom, a bathroom and a smaller living area with the second kitchen. The balcony gives a breath taking view over the Fanes' peaks.
