Wood and stone, but also textiles, such as linen and silk for the interior decor: Villa Iergl is in full compliance with the tradition of Ladin architecture.
Chalet Villa Iergl, an old farmhouse of the late nineteenth century, was one of the first houses of San Cassiano, little gem of Alta Badiasurrounded by the enchanted Dolomites. The Chalet has been restored completely to a high standard.
The Chalet is equipped with induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, fireplace, WiFi on every level, TV and Sky in all rooms, hiFi system, playstation, ipad/mp3 docking station, safe and sauna zone. High quality material of Linen, cotton, loden and raw silk, are used throughout the villa.

The villa has an overall expanse of 280mq, with the maximum capacity of 8 persons, in addition there is the possibility to request a double room for personal staff.
The exterior of the villa has been reconstructed with larch wood from old Austrian barns, surrounded by a garden and covered parking for 3 cars.
The villa is equipped with induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, fireplace, Wi Fi on every level, TV and sky in all rooms, hiFi system, playstataion, ipad/mp3 docking station, safe and sauna zone.
The material used throughout the villa Iergl is a high quality of Linen, cotton, loden and raw silk. The quilts and cushions are 100%duck feathers.
The villa Iergl has been restored completely to a high standard using antique wood, the stone tiles are Piacentina type, under floor heating sauna area is surrounded by Luserna stone tiles. The heating system is environmentally friendly (Casa Klima) with the use of pellets.

Sauna Finlandese, Turkish sauna and steam room. Massage room, small gym area stereo system ski deposit and bag deposit room. Also the possibility of a further personal room.
